Your Return Options (Online Purchases Only)

You have two easy ways to return items purchased online:

Option 1: Return In-Store (Free of Charge)

Bring your item to any Dunns store near you, at no cost.
  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging, unused and free of damage
  • Remember to bring your online order confirmation or invoice that you can find on your online profile.
  • The refund will be made back to the same tender that the original sale was done with, except for the following tender/payment types, for which you will have to log an online return via our website:
    Payflex
    PayJustNow

Option 2: Return via Courier (R60 restocking fee)

Prefer to send it back from home? We’ve got you.
  • Book a return collection by entering your email address & order number above.
  • Make sure you upload well-lit images of the item/s. Clearly showing the entire product is visible in the images
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging.
  • Package your items securely and ensure they meet return conditions.
  • You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Item must not be used, and in original condition.
  • All returned Item/s will undergo a quality inspection and once cleared, our Customer Care Centre will facilitate a refund to you for the price of the Item/s less the cost for return to us.
  • We cannot process EXCHANGES online, if you would like to exchange an item, please visit your nearest store.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

We're so sorry! Please email us here within 48 hours with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • If your product is defective, and has been inspected, the R60 restocking fee will not be applicable.
